Winter is a time when nature rests and goes underground to renew herself and prepare for spring. Winter is a powerful reminder that we need to make time in our busy lives for rest, self-care and renewal, so we are better able to care for the people and causes that matter in our lives.
This half-day Circle of Trust® seasonal retreat offers you time out to reflect on your life’s journey and the things that matter most to you. Through the lens of winter, our personal and shared reflections will be guided by poetry, images, journaling, shared stories of our own experiences, and yoga movement.
